Lab Made - Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream Laboratory
Lab Made 嘅雪糕係將雪糕漿同配料撈勻,再以極低溫嘅液化氮 (LN2) 將雪糕快速凝固。佢哋聲稱因為用料全天然,無加人工穩定劑,所以佢哋嘅雪糕會熔得比普通雪糕較快。雪糕嘅口味有 4 款,會每兩個星期轉換口味。

Magic Ring
Quo-Quo 今年一月開始轉用 SK-II,係因為聖誕節收到一支神仙水做聖誕禮物。但係得物唔識用,要去 counter 問應該點用先啱。當時個 sales assistant 除咗教 Quo-Quo 點用神仙水,仲問想唔想試吓個 Magic Ring。個 Magic Ring 可以測試出肌膚質素數據同肌膚年齡喎,就試試啦。

ラーメン来 Ramen Kureha 拉麵來
ラーメン来裡面有好多懷舊玩具、海報嘅佈置,有十零個 bar 檯坐位。
檯上面有芝麻、辣椒醃菜、生蒜頭、昆布醋同黑胡椒,另外仲有水同紙巾提供。
點麵纸 -- 可以自己揀麵嘅軟硬度,湯嘅濃淡度,
加或唔加蔥、蒜蓉同香油。

鹵水汁
大家都知道,鹵水汁係可以用完再用。Quo-Quo 家嘅鹵水汁已經用咗 6 年!
本來 10 年前已經有一桶,但因為有一次雪櫃壞咗,連裡面嘅食物都壞埋。當然 Quo-Quo 桶鹵水亦不能幸免,要被迫倒咗去,從新再做過一桶。
鹵水料 -- 花椒、八角、桂皮、香葉、丁香、草果、陳皮、甘草等…
放入煲湯袋做鹵水包。(各大超級市場、雜貨鋪有售)

白底波鞋
明珠小姐九月要開學啦! 大半個月前去學校度身訂校服,老師話要一對白底波鞋晌學校裡面著喎。咁 Quo-Quo 就開始四圍睇吓有乜選擇,原來大多數嘅白底鞋都賣緊 HK$3xx,好貴呀! 之前去英國買四對都無咁貴呀!

蘿蔔清湯腩
Quo-Quo 同 E 先生好鍾意食牛,但奈何新鮮牛肉晌香港賣得實在有啲貴,唔可以時時食。今次見到有靚嘅牛腩,就當然唔會放過啦! 咁靚嘅牛腩,用嚟煮清湯腩就啱晒喇。清湯腩,顧名思義牛腩只浸晌清湯裏面,配料簡單,無任何深色或濃味嘅醬料,只有牛腩嘅鮮味。

韓風吹襲 -- 숙주나물 涼拌芽菜 (Part 2)
Quo-Quo 係屋企已經有芽菜先諗起做哩個餸,所以大家可以跟返馬太太個食譜用大豆芽。Quo-Quo 無跟足食譜只用鹽,而係用咗魚露同鹽。亦無加芝麻碎; 一來屋企無芝麻,二來 Quo-Quo 好怪唔鍾意食芝麻 (但又鍾意食用芝麻做嘅嘢… 麻油、麻醬、麻蓉包…)。

韓風吹襲 -- 떡볶이 韓式炒年糕 (Part 1)
本來只係因為晌超市見到韓式年糕做特價,可以試吓煮韓式炒年糕。跟住諗諗吓覺得唔可以淨係食年糕做晚餐㗎,加些少肉片都好喎。咁而家有肉又有澱粉,但好似爭咁啲菜。不如就做個全韓式晚餐啦! '橫掂' 屋企仲有泡菜,又有啲芽菜,做多個涼拌芽菜啦! 上網搵食譜先。
